PAYMENT
- Payments are done in advanced via kofi donations on my kofi page- Partial payments for bigger commissions are allowed, let me know in advance & we can make a payment plan together.- No refunds or chargebacks allowed. If I'm unable to finish a commission, the client will get a refund- Priority/Rush orders have an additional fee of +20%.
(May change depending on workload & complexity of work. Consult with me beforehand)
COMMUNICATION & PROCESS
- For any questions, please contact me via email ([email protected]), twitter dms, or discord server (#commissions channel)- Please send any and all picture references and specific details for poses, expressions, characters, etc.- I will contact you after every sketch, and lineart & coloring to make sure that the illustration is exactly what you want! (im open to feedback & changes)- After rendering is completed, only minor changes will be done for free.
- Once the art is done no big changes are free.- You can see the progress on your artwork via my Commission Progress Que
USAGE & RIGHTS
- Usage of my art for AI learning / NFTs is prohibited- All regular commissions are for personal use.
PNGtuber commissions & stream assets already include commercial fees for stream usage. (Not merchandise usage)- If you wish to use the commission as merchandise, please contact me so that I may decide wether I would like it to be used as merchandise! (if agreed upon, an additional fee of 2x the original price will be required in order to use it as merchandise)- I will be posing WIPs & commissions. Please, let me know in advance if the project is a secret.- please do not trace my art!- animating my art on your own is ok.- Credits are mandatory
